Since the fall of the Iron Curtain, the borders of Russia have slowly opened to the western world. For the first time in over 70 years, outsiders are able to get a glimpse of Russian life under communist rule through the beautiful paintings of some of the former Soviet Union’s most talented artists. Studio B, in partnership with its agents both here and abroad, is pleased to offer a wide selection of paintings from such artists as Vasily Komolov, Vladimir Shpakovsky, Zinovi Popov, Yuri Vnodchenko and Paulina Komolova among others from the Voronezh region and beyond.
